Raul transfers to Schalke 04
Raul is ready to say goodbye from the only club he has played for in his professional career, Real Madrid. The 33 years striker will play in Germany from the next season at Schalke 04.
Raul will sign the new contract on 15 July, after his vacation is over, and he will win 4 million euros for every season he will play in Gelsenkirchen.
Raul had offers from Blackburn Rovers, and teams from Qatar and Italy but he chose to play at Schalke for the Champions League, competition where he is the goalgetter with 66 goals.
Raul played 729 games in 18 years for Real Madrid, scored 322 goals and won 16 trophies:
