The South American strikers prove again that are the best forwards in Europe. If last year the Uruguayan striker Diego Forlan won the Golden Boot, 2010 was the year of Lionel Messi. The FC Barcelona star won the Golden Boot with 64 points for the 34 goals scored in the Spanish Primera. On the second place was the Ivory Coast striker, Didier Drogba and third was the Italian Antonio Di Natale. On the main European football championships every goal is worth 2 points and in the other championships a goal is worth 1.5 points and 1 point.
