Situated in Central Europe, with an area of 41.285 square km and 7.5 mil habitants Switzerland is one of the most developed countries in the European Union.
The official languages are french, german, italian and romanash, and the swiss franc is the currency. With over 15 mil tourists every year, Switzerland has a lot to offer:
-historical and religious monuments in cities like Zurich (Fraumunster Church), Geneva (Saint Peters Cathedral, Saint Germain Church), Basel (Munster Cathedral, Peterskirche Church), Lausanne (The city Cathedral who is the most important gothic monument in Switzerland);
