5000 goals for Real Madrid

Real Madrid is the first team that scores 5000 goals in the Spanish Primera Division. Jose Maria Gutierez scored the 5000 goal in the 4-3 thrilling match against Numancia on the Bernabeu stadium.

In 80 years in Primera, Real Madrid scored until the last match 4999 goals, followed by FC Barcelona with 4935 goals and Athletic Bilbao with 4613 goals.

Guti will become a legendary player for Real Madrid alongside Leoncito - the first scorer for Real Madrid in Primera Division, Pahinio who scored the 1000 goal, Gento who scored the 2000 goal, Juanito the scorer of the 3000 goal, Zamorano the scorer of 4000 goal and Raul who scored the 4500 goal.
